How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open SampleScene
3. Select World Data in the Project window
4. Observe the Inspector

Expected result: The fields are displayed without any overlap
Actual result: The fields are overlapping

Reproducible with: 2021.1.0b12, 2021.1.2f1, 2021.2.0a8, 2021.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.0b11, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0a7
