Unusual behavior of Cloth when timeScale is changed
When timeScale is changed Cloth shows strange ripples on its surface.
How to reproduce:
1. Open and run ClothScene scene
2. Press "Simulate Bug" button and observe the effect
The code changing timeScale:
Time.timeScale = delta;
Time.fixedDeltaTime = FIXED_DELTA_TIME * delta;
