[Ubuntu] Editor windows all open at the minimum size
Steps to reproduce:
- Create any project.
- Open any editor windows that are undocked, or undock tabs from the editor.
Actual results: All windows open at what seems like the minimum size they can be. Occasionally this does not happen, but it seems to occur more often than not.
Expected results: Windows open at a reasonable size, where they can be used and interacted with comfortably without the need to resize.
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.10f1, 2022.3.35f1
Can't test with versions: 2021.3.40f1, can't create projects in Ubuntu 24.
Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04
Does not reproduce on Win 11.
Notes:
- This is a minor but constant point of user pain when working with the editor. Every window that opens needs resizing.

Resolution Note:
This issue is linked to a known bug in the GNOME Mutter window manager on Ubuntu. Mutter sometimes fails to correctly store or restore window sizes and positions, particularly affecting floating windows after restarting. As this issue is not specific to Unity and is a broader problem within the Ubuntu environment, we will not be addressing it within Unity at this time. However, we will continue to monitor the issue and provide updates if a resolution becomes available.
