Texture "Sprite Mode" isn't selected when changing "Texture Type" from "Default" to "Sprite (2D and UI)"
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Test Project” project
2. Open the “Assets” folder in the Project window
2. Select “image” Image Texture
4. Change “Texture Type” from “Default” to “Sprite (2D and UI)”
Expected result: “Sprite Mode” has a set default value
Actual result: “Sprite Mode” has an empty value
Reproducible with: 2021.3.9f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.43f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2023.1.0a24
Fixed in: 2023.1.0a20
Reproducible on: Windows 10
