Mouse Input is not working on the second display with multiple display setup
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “UI2MonitorsRepro“
2. File > Build and Run
3. Press the button with the label “Display 2“ on the second display
Expected result: The button is responding to click
Actual result: The button is not responding
Reproducible with: 1.4.4 (2023.1.0a25), 1.5.0, 1.5.1 (2022.1.1f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2023.1.0b11, 2023.2.0a9)
Not reproducible with: 1.4.4 (2023.1.0a24), 1.5.0, 1.5.1 (2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.13f1)
Could not test with: 1.5.1 (2023.1.0a24) - InvalidOperationException
Reproducible on: Intel MacOS Ventura 13.1
