[iOS] Application.deepLinkActivated does not get invoked while app is running when UIApplicationSceneManifest is added in Info.plist

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-135632” project
2. In the Menu, select “DeepLink Bug Repro” → “0. Setup Build Settings”
3. Build and Run the iOS Player
4. On the iOS device, open Safari and enter the URL: “dltest://hello

Actual results: The app opens but a red square with “Waiting for deeplink” is shown
Expected results: The app opens and a green square with “Deeplink received” is shown

Reproducible with: 6000.0.68f1, 6000.0.69f1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b11, 6000.5.0a7
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.67f1

Testing environment: macOS 26.3
