Lighting becomes darker when entering Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “UrpSampleScene2023.1.17f1.zip“ project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene“ Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The lighting stays the same
Actual result: The lighting becomes darker
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a26, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0a18
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.1.0a25, 2023.2.0b15, 2023.3.0a12
Fixed in: 2023.2.0a19
Reproducible on: macOS 14.0 Sonoma (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Issue is reproducible in a new 3D Sample Scene (URP) project
- Issue is not reproducible in a new 3D Sample Scene (HDRP) project

Resolution Note:
This issue reproduces on a template that's not maintained anymore, and the bucket in the scene is using a shader graph shader. It seems this issue has not had a consistent repro case.
We are closing the issue as won't fix. Please reopen the case if you can provide a consistent repro case in any other material (shader graph or not)
