[URP][RG] DynamicFogProfile is not rendered in Play mode when SSAO is enabled and Rendering Path is set to "Deferred"
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “SSAOBug.zip”
2. Select “PC_Renderer.asset” in the Project window
3. Select “Deferred” Rendering Path in the Inspector and make sure that Screen Space Ambient Occlusion is enabled
4. Enter Play mode and observe the Game view
Expected result: SSAO is rendered
Actual result: SSAO is not rendered
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a18, 6000.0.5f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.32f1, 2023.3.0a17
Reproduced on: macOS Sonoma 14.5 (Intel)
