[DX12] Player crash on UnityMain when building HDRP Sample on Windows
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new HDRP sample project
2. Build and Run the project
Expected result: Player starts
Actual result: Player crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.3.32f1, 2022.3.36f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.39f1 2022.3.31f1, 6000.0.9f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: MacOS 14.5 (M1 Max)
Workaround: Enable “Development Build“ in Build Settings
Note: Does not crash with Directx11 or Vulcan
