[Cloth] Attaching cloth to a primitive causes the translation tools to become dysfunctional
Steps to repro
1. Open attached project or create a new one
2. Create a cube primitive
3. attach a cloth component to the cube
4. Notice that the Gizmos no longer work (Q,W,E,R,T)
5. The buttons for selection the gizmos also no longer function
