A cloth component attached to an object disables the Transform tools
How to reproduce:
1. Open any (new) project
2. Create any Unity primitive (Cube, Sphere, Plane, etc)
3. Attach a Cloth component to it
- Note that the Position gizmo disappears
- Selecting any transform tool (position, rotation, scale, etc) is not possible
- Not reproducible with 2017.2.0f1 (35e55a2a85de)
- Reproduced with 2017.3.0b6 (57ec95547059)
