URP Lens Flare is rendered in the wrong position when Render Graph Compatibility Mode is enabled and Render Scaling is not 0
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “ReproURPLensFlare”
2. Open the “SampleScene” scene
3. Go to Project Settings → Graphics → URP → Render Graph and make sure Render Compatability is not enabled
4. Observe the position of Lens Flare in the Game view
5. Enable the Render Compatability
6. Observe the Lens Flare position
Expected results: Lens Flare is rendered at the same place it was rendered without Render Compatability enabled
Actual results: The position on the Lens Flare is drastically different from when it was placed with Render Compatability disabled
Reproducible with: 6000.0.2f1
Can’t test with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.29f1 (No Render Graph Compatibility Mode)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
