[Android] URP with native pass causes a crash on Null pointer dereference when built on some Android devices
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Build And Run on an Android Device
3. Observe the Player
Expected result: The app launches successfully
Actual result: App crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0f1, 2022.2.16f1, 2023.1.0b11, 2023.2.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.23f1, 2022.2.0b16
