Objects flickering in Play Mode when using RenderTexture with Canvas
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: Objects remain stable and do not flicker
Actual result: Objects start flickering
Reproducible with: 2022.3.46f1, 2022.3.52f1, 6000.0.26f1, 6000.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.45f1
Couldn't test with: 2021.3.44f1 (Could not resolve compilation errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
