WebGPU error with Fantasy Kingdom and GPU Resident Drawer

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Fantasy Kingdom
  2. Make sure STP is turned off in the URP renderer settings
  3. Set web player to WebGPU and build-and-run.

Actual results: 
console errors about a mismatch of dynamic offsets between the bind group and the bind group layout.

    The PR with the update should have landed in 6000.4.1f1. I'll look into it.
