Spot light with high Outer Spot Angle produces artefacts/clipping when using the Forward+ Rendering Path
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “spotLight.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Ensure Render Path is set to “Forward+” for the URP-HighFidelity-Renderer
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: No visible artefacts/clipping
Actual result: Visible artefacts, light is not functioning as intended
Reproducible in: 6000.0.22f1, 6000.0.24f1, 6000.1.0a1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.51f1, 6000.0.21f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- Also reproducible in player and build
- Game window size, camera rotation angle and near clipping value, light’s spot angle and distance to the camera may impact the reproduction

Very nice fix guys! I already started having flashbacks where this issue would take months to get fixed.
Hats off, cheers!
