Module installation fails with "Download failed: Validation Failed" errors when using beta.2 Hub version
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Unity Hub
- Install 6000.3.5f2 Editor version
- After installation navigate to the Installs tab
- Next to 6000.3.5f2 install, click Manage > Add Modules
- Select "iOS Build Support" and "Web Build Support" modules
- Click Install
- Observe the Downloads window
Actual results: Modules installation fails with "Download failed: Validation Failed" errors
Expected results: Modules are installed with no errors
Reproducible with versions: 3.16.0-beta.2
Can’t test with versions: 3.16.0, 3.16.0-beta.1 (Could not change the version in Hub)
Tested on (OS): macOS 26.2 (M1)
Notes:
- Appears to affect all modules
- After switching to "Beta" Channel in Hub, could not switch back to Production even with reinstalling
- Only affects macOS
