VideoPlayer.frame and VideoPlayer.time do not get updated after seeking a video
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "case_1283295-VideoPlayer_Bug_Report" from the link in edit and load Scene "Video Scene"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Click the buttons "Prepare", "Play", "Pause" and "Seek to frame 100" in this order
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: "frame" and "frameIdx" are equal and "time" corresponds to the appropriate frame of the video in the "OnFrameReady" callback
Actual result: "frame" retains the value of the frame before seeking and "time" does not get updated
Reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0a10

This is still broken! It seems to take a few frames to update after seeking completes. isPrepared returns true.

I confirm this. It successfully seeks and updates the frame but never updates the videoplayer.frame and .time. I had to buy a video player asset from asset store.
