[XR][URP][Vulkan][Multi Pass] Only left eye is rendered while the right eye is black
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Make sure Multi-Pass and Vulkan are used
3. Build and run on a Quest
Actual: Nothing is rendered in the right eye
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0f6 URP 7.1.8, 2020.1.0a21 URP 7.1.8
