TreeView.AddItem performance regression when opening EditorWindow
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. In the menu bar, select “Reproduce > Open“
3. Observe the Console for how long it takes to open the EditorWindow
Expected result: It takes about 100 milliseconds
Actual result: It takes about 20 seconds
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a15 (88af49042196), 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.12f1, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.62f1, 2023.3.0a14 (d34fa7f1f506)
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
