It work the solution, Thanks Team suport Unity.
Dukekamono, the folder is located in "C:\Program Files\Unity\Hub\Editor\2018.2.20f1\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\iOSSupport".
Copy x86_x64 to the folder is located in "C:\Program Files\Unity\Hub\Editor\2018 3.0f1\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\iOSSupport"
Or It depends of installed Unity version in your computer.

Yes! It's working to import x86_64 folder from 2017.2.5.f1 into the folder C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\iOSSupport of Unity 2018.3

Downloaded older version of Unity 2017 (2017.2.5.f1 works fine)
Found the folder here: C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\iOSSupport
Saved the x86_64 folder to desktop so I can't update back to Unity 2018.3.* and then throw the folder back into C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\iOSSupport
Might need to restart Unity and make sure it builds along with keeping iTunes up and having the phone recognized by the computer through USB
Good luck future person!
