[WheelCollider] Position of the wheel collider does not change when scaling game object
Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'T01' scene
3. Select 'car_root'
4. Notice wheel colliders are in the different position compared to the wheels
5. When changing scale, the object of the wheel moves according the scale of the whole car but he wheel collider itself is still at the same position where it was with scale of 1
5. Change scale of car_root from 0.5/0.5/0.5 to 1/1/1
6. Notice now that wheel colliders are correctly placed
Does not seem to happen with other colliders (for example box colliders)

Same happening here, if I try to scale the object that has wheel colliders as children they dont budge, and if I try to move them they don't move proportionally to the marker, but multiplied by 1/0.1 (Let's say 0.1 is new scale, and 1 is original)
