[VideoPlayer] VP8 videos stop looping after looping it for three times on Samsung Galaxy S3
How to reporduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run Render Texture scene
3. Play video and let it loop
Result: after looping normally for two times, video gets stuck and only audio is playing. After third time video completely stops looping
Tested devices (reproducible):
Samsung Galaxy S III [GT-I9300], OS 4.3, ARM Mali-400 MP, Samsung Exynos

VP8_SD_180p.webm, 320x180, V_VP8, 626 kb/s, Vorbis, 2 44.1 kHz
VP8_SD_360p.webm, 640x360, V_VP8, 1 508 kb/s, Vorbis, 2, 44.1 kHz
VP8_HD_720p.webm, 1280x720, V_VP8, 3 515 kb/s, Vorbis, 2, 44.1 kHz <- is always choppy
