VideoPlayer fails to load a video from an URL when in the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Open the attached server's "basicVideoFileServer.zip" directory in the Terminal
3. In the Terminal, write "npm start"
4. In the Editor, enter the Play Mode
Expected result: Video is played
Actual result: "VideoPlayer cannot play url : http://localhost:3000 Cannot read file." error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.14f1, 2020.1.13f1, 2020.2.0b11, 2021.1.0a5
Note: Works inside a WebGL build
