Reproduction steps:
1. Create a project with the “Universal 3D sample” template in one of the affected version
2. In the Tutorials window (Tutorials > Show Tutorials), select the “Graphical features” section
3. Select the “Graphics settings” tutorial, and press “Next” until page 3
4. In the last paragraph, press the “example” hyperlink
5. Observed the opened webpage

Expected result: The webpage contains the example
Actual result: The webpage content is missing
