[HDRP]Video Player is duplicated and not rendering correctly after upgrading the project with a combination of XR AND HDRP
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "HDRPVR_UI_Bug.zip"
2. Connect Quest 2 with Oculus link
3. Enter Play Mode to observe the expected behavior
4. Make sure either OpenXR or OculusXR Plugin is selected in the XR Plugin Management
5. Build a Standalone Player
6. Observe the warped view, Video Player not rendering correctly and UI not appearing
Expected results: VIdeo Player is rendered correctly as in the Editor and UI elements are shown
Actual results: Video Player is duplicated and not rendering correctly after upgrading the project with a combination of XR AND HDRP (See Repro.mp4)
Reproducible in: HDRP 14.0.8 - 16.0.3 (2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.7f1, 2023.2.0b4)
Not reproducible on: HDRP 12.1.12 (2021.3.29f1)
Could not test below 2022.2.0f1 due to the project no longer opening and silently crashing
Environment tested on: Windows 10
Notes:
-Issue reproduces with both OpenXR and OculusXR
-Issue only reproduces with HDRP, URP does not reproduce it
-Issue only occurs in the built Player when XR is enabled
-Issue does not reproduce in Editor
-User reported as well that the issue occurs after upgrading the project from 2021.3.x to 2022.2 or 2022.3 streams
