[Quest] Canvas is rendered incorrectly in Player when built with "Screen Space - Overlay" selected
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/OutdoorsScene.unity” Scene
3. In Edit > Project Settings > XR Plugin Management select OpenXR
4. In Edit > Project Settings > OpenXR select Single Pass Instanced
5. Connect Oculus Quest with Oculus Link
6. Build and Run
7. In Player hold the “S“ key to move back and observe the Scene shown on the monitor
Expected result: Canvas is rendered correctly as seen in NoRepro.png or Play Mode
Actual result: Canvas is rendered incorrectly as seen in Repro.png
Reproducible with: 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.14f1, 2023.2.0b10, 2023.3.0a6
Could not test with: 2021.3.30f1 (GraphicSetting's HDRenderPipelineAsset Assets/Settings/HDRPDefaultResources/HDRenderPipelineAsset.asset is a non updated asset)
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Reproducible on:
VLNQA00379, Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Not reproducible on: Editor Play Mode
Notes:
- Reproducible with OpenXR and Single Pass Instanced selected
- Reproducible with Oculus XR Plugin and Single Pass Instanced
- Use the “Z” or “X” keys to rotate the camera in the Player if needed
- Reproduces only with Release build
