Video Player doesn't play video when it's specified by the URL
To reproduce:
1. Import Interactive 360 Sample Project from the Asset Store
2. Open the 3D_Lookout scene
3. Select Video game object
4. Change the Source of Video Player to URL
5. Select any video file in the computer
6. Enter Play mode
7. Observe the errors in the console
Expected: the video is played without errors
Reproduced in 2017.2.2p4, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.2f2, 2018.1.0f2, 2018.2.0b3, 2018.3.0a1
