[URP] [ReflectionProbes] Reflection probes give green outline on the GameObjects
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Unity Hub and create a new Universal RP template project
2) Open Build Settings and switch platform to iOS
3) Wait for shaders to compile
Observe green outline on the objects (disabling reflection probes removes this effect)
Expected result : No green outline
Actual result: Green outline on the objects when reflection probes enabled
