[URP] Editor crashes in specific scene after changing RP version

Reproduction steps:
1. Open "1202867" Project
2. Change the Package Version of "Universal Render Pipeline" to some different version than currently set
3. Open the "SampleScene"
4. Enter Play mode

Actual Result: Crash

Reproduced with: 2020.1.0a16, 2019.3.0f2
Did not reproduce on: 2019.2.16f1, 2018.4.14f1, 2017.4.35f1

Reproduces with: Windows, MacOS

  1. This is a duplicate of issue #1176131

    Crash on ProcessShadowCasterNodeVisibilityAndCullWithoutUmbra when the project is using URP/LWRP
