[URP][Android] "error "SAMPLE_TEXTURECUBE_ARRAY_LOD" is not supported on GLES 3.0" when using Cubemap Array shader shaders
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Switch build target to Android
3. Build and Run the “Bug” on an Android device
Actual: The two spheres are pink
Reproducible with: 2019.4.13f1 - URP 7.5.1, 2020.1.10f1 - URP 8.2.0, 2020.2.0b8 & 2021.1.0a2 - URP 10.0.0-preview.26
