Unity throws "GfxFramebufferGLES: An active RenderTargetSetup has dangling pointers." while Unity Remote is in use

1. Open attached project
2. Open Unity Remote 4
3. Open Scene "Game"
4. Press play
5. When Unity Remote starts showing game view errors will appear in console

Regression from 5.4.0b10

No repro with 5.3.4p5

    Yep, this is annoying. . . I'm getting it building for MacOS. Using Unity Remote 4, on iPhone 6S.

    Worked fine until I updated to Unity 5.4.1f1 Personal. . . I won't bore you with all the other things that have needed fixing with my game since updating. . doh, so so annoying. . .

    "Fixed in Unity 5.4.4" - This is a typo... right?
    Can somebody correct this?
    It seems to be fixed, so why 5.4.4?
    Current version is 5.4.1.

    Getting this issue with Unity 5.4.0f3.
    It both happens with Unity Remote 5 and Unity Remote 4.
    Also, FPSController + DualTouchControls don't work, which may be related? (Case 830510)
