[Android] Crash on startup when Depth Stencil Format is set to S8_UINT
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “BugReport.zip“ project
2. Open the “BugRepro“ scene
3. Build and Run for Android
Expected result: No crash
Actual result: Crash on startup
