Unity Hub gets stuck in an infinite loop when trying to refresh a license that has been manually deleted
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Activate any type of Unity License
3. Delete the C:\\ProgramData\\Unity\\Unity_lic.ulf file
4. Go back to Hub and go to the License Management tab
5. Click the "Check for updates" button
Expected results: the License disappears as the license file is no longer present
Actual results: Unity Hub gets stuck in an infinite loop
Reproducible with: Hub 2.4.2

FIXED: i had the same issue. I went to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\unityhub-updater and ran the installer from there. That reinstalled the unity hub and everything worked normally. All my projects were there as well. You may have to sign in again tho. hope this helps someone!
