Crash on GfxDeviceD3D11Base::DrawBuffersBatchMode when rendering the Scene view
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"
2. Open “SCENE“ scene
3. Move around the Scene View the camera or fly around the scene for a few seconds
Expected result: No artifacts appear
Actual result: Artifacts and glitches appear and can crash
Reproducible with: 6000.0.20f1
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.48f1 (scene is pink and broken)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
