Basic UI Toolkit panels do not render when using URP+RenderGraph+D3D12
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the provided project which contains basic UI Toolkit UI
2. Run a D3D12 player
3. Observe the gradients
Actual results:
3 gradients are displayed (the UI Toolkit gradient is missing)
Expected results:
4 gradients are displayed
Reproducible with versions:
6000.0.22f1
Not reproducible with versions:
2022.3 (RenderGraph not implemented and thus not enabled by default with URP)
