Unity freezes while applying prefab when the scene has multiple Box Collider 2D
Reproduction steps:
1. Download project "PrefabApplyBug.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open scene "Bug"
3. Select "Prefab" in Hierarchy
4. Click Apply in Inspector tab
Expected: prefab is applied and Unity works normally
Actual: Unity becomes unresponsive
Reproduced on: 5.6.0a5; 5.6.3p3; 2017.1.1p2; 2017.2.0f1; 2017.3.0b1
Not reproduced on: 5.5.4p4; 5.6.0a4
Regression introduced: 5.6.0a5
Note: this happens when there are multiple Box Collider 2D in the scene

I can confirm that this issue exists in v5.6.3p1, which is the required version of Unity for VRChat currently. Is there a workaround to apply rig mapping changes?
