[UI] Terrain inspector becomes corrupted and unresponsive when baking projects containing LODs and terrain

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download and open FantasyAdventureEnvironment project (link in the comments)
2. Open FAE_Demo scene
3. Select Terrain game object under Environment game object
4. Click on the cog (settings) icon and set heightmap resolution to 513x513
5. Bake the lighting
6. As soon as the bake finishes Terrain inspector becomes corrupted and unusable

Notes:

- Once the bake finishes, console starts spamming IndexOutOfRange exceptions
- This also reproduces in HDRP and URP using just a simple terrain
