The light cookie on spotlights has bad artifacts
The default generated light cookie on spotlights has bad artefacts at high intensities (seen in this bug in 5.5 with intensity 8) , occurs in both deferred and forward.
1. insert a plane
2. make a dark material for plane
3. place spotlight so it lights the plane
4. set light intensity to 8
5. observe diffuse light falloff
Notes:
