The inspector window scrolls up to the top when scripts are reloaded
Reproduction steps:
- Open the user’s attached project
- In the Project window go to Assets and open “FeetCheck.cs”
- In Hierarchy go to Menu > Song Panel Collapsed
- In Inspector scroll down to “Time Between Elements” and change the value of it to 0.16
- Add an empty line to the “FeetCheck.cs” and save the file
- Observe the results in Editor
Expected result: The time between elements is still selected in the Inspector
Actual result: The Inspector window scrolls up to the top
Reproducible with: 2021.1.17f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.17f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2022.2.0b1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a11
Could not test with: 2021.1.0a1 - 2021.1.16f1, 2022.2.0a1 - 2022.2.0a19 PlayerLauncher.cs(169,26): error CS1061: 'BuildPlayerOptions' does not contain a definition for 'subtarget' and no accessible extension method 'subtarget' accepting a first argument of type 'BuildPlayerOptions' could be found

Due to the specificity of this bug and the fact that it doesn't occur in more recent versions of the editor, it's extremely unlikely we would get to it anytime soon.
Feel free to reopen if more general repro steps are found and if it reproducible with more recent versions of the editor.
