The Editor crashes when changing the Target Build from Windows to macOS after building the project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the repro-project from Google Drive
2. Click File → Build Settings
3. Change Build Target to Windows
4. Build the project
5. After the project is built change the Build Target to macOS
Expected result: Build Target changes.
Actual result: The Editor crashes.
Reproducible with: 2021.3.11f1, 2021.3.14f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0b16
Could not test with: 2022.1.0b8, 2022.1.0b16 (Can’t build, errors appear in the Console), 2023.1.0a20 (Can’t change the Target Build)
Reproducible on: macOS 12.6 (M1)
