The CinemaMachine Camera goes haywire when using framing transposer with the target group and lookahead time
If a Virtual Camera is using Framing Transposer and following a Target Group the camera goes nuts when using Lookahead time
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "JitterTest.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open "Velocity" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe how a Camera goes haywire
Notes:
- This issue appears both on Windows and OSX
Reproduced on Package version 2.2.0 and 2.2.7
Does not reproduced on Package version 2.1.13
Regression on Package version 2.2.0
Reproduced on Unity 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.6f1 and 2018.3.0a10
