The Built project stops responding after loosing focus when using Direct3D11 Graphics API
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Build and run it (File->Build And Run)
3. Switch to the Editor and enter the Play Mode
4. Switch back to the Build
Expected results: The Build does not freeze and continues to be responsive
Actual results: The Build freezes (stops responding)
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0b2, 2021.1.0b6, 2021.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.4f1, 2021.1.0b1
