Bumps on surface bump shaders get blurry when using lightmapping

1. Assign object a surface shader with bumps and make it static
2. Bake lightmapping for the scene
---> Bumps get lot less obvious and look almost flat

  1. This is a duplicate of issue #620134

    Global Illumination ignores normalmap
