Shader Graph - The Main Preview isn't cleared properly when HDR is turned on in the render pipeline
If you have HDR turned on in the render pipeline, the main preview of the material in Shader Graph won't be cleared properly when zooming in and out.
1. Install unity
2. Open the attached project
3. Open Assets/TestGraph
4. Hover over the Main Preview panel
5. Zoom in and out of the preview
Expected Result:
The preview is rendered correctly when zooming in and out.
Actual Result:
The preview isn't cleared when zooming, causing graphical issues.
Tested on windows.
Occurs on 5.2.1, 5.1.0 with 2019.1.0a11
Does not occur on 4.2.0 with 2018.3.0b12
