Reset functionality does not work on Baked Emission and Motion Vector of the Material when custom shader is assigned
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project in HDRP Template
2. Create Project > right-click > Shader > PBR Graph
3. Create Project > right-click > Material
4. Assign Shader to Material
5. Create Preset of the Material
6. Enable Project > New Material > Inspector > Baked Emission and Motion Vector For Vertex Animation
7. Click on Burger button > Reset
Expected Result:
Default value should be set
Actual Result:
Reset functionality does not work
Reproducible in: 2020.2.0a18, 2020.1.0b16, 2019.4.3f1, 2019.3.15f1 with Package Version 9.0.0-preview.33, 8.2.0, 8.1.0, 8.0.1, 7.4.1, 7.3.1.
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.15

Resolution Note:
This issue is not HDRP specific. The Reset material option only affects properties and not the rest of the settings.
Baked Emission is stored inside Material.globalIlluminationFlags so it's not a shader property.
Motion Vector For Vertex Animation is stored in the "Tags" of the material and this is also ignored by the Reset menu item.
At some point, there was discussions about getting a callback on this reset action but I don't think it has been done.
