SerializeReference interface does not show CustomPropertyDrawer when it's inherited from another interface
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene” Scene
3. In the Hierarchy window, select “GameObject” GameObject
4. In the Inspector window, observe the Test Script component
Expected result: “It Works” is written next to “Draw me” and next to “Inherited”
Actual result: “It Works” is only written next to “Draw me”

Not reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.22f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
