Runtime-generated Mesh fails to play the animation until re-activated or Apply Root Motion is toggled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. Enter Play mode and observe the "CombinedMesh" Object
3. Disable/Enable the object
Expected result: the character plays Its animation on being generated
Actual result: the character fails to play its animation until reactivated
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a6, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2017.4.8f1, 2017.2.3p3, 2017.1.5f1

Resolution Note:
New Transforms are not automatically picked up but the Animator. You need to call Animator.Rebind to notify the animator that it needs to update its list of Transforms
