Tile Palette Window zoom level resets when the Window becomes inactive
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-103721.zip” project
2. Make sure the Tile Palette Window is docked next to the Inspector Window
3. Open the Tile Palette Window
4. Make sure the “Forest” Tile Map is selected
5. Zoom into any of the tiles
6. Switch to the Inspector Window
7. Switch back to the Tile Palette Window
Expected Result: The Tile Palette preserves the zoom level
Actual Result: The Tile Palette resets the zoom level
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a11, 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.6f1, 6000.2.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.0a10
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested

- Reproduces with any other Editor Windows if the Tile Palette Window becomes inactive
