Rotating an object with world space Triplanar Normal produces different lighting shadows orientation
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "f4-bugs.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Select Plane
3. In Scene view, zoom in on a pivot
4. Rotate Plane around Y axis
5. Observe Plane's lighting
Expected result: the lighting does not change (because the object is in World Space)
Actual result: the lighting changes
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0f5, 2020.1.0a20 (URP/Shader Graph 7.1.7)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.16f1 (LWRP/Shader Graph 4.10.0), 2019.2.19f1 (LWRP/Shader Graph 6.9.2)
Could not test with: 2017.4 (LWRP/Shader Graph was not yet released)
